Cooking and ESL

by Renee Asenguah

Hi everyone,

I hope you all are doing well and staying safe. Looks like the Covid-19 numbers are dropping. This is a great thing. Here is a great idea for you. As you all may be busy cooking and trying new recipes because of the need to stay at home, how about increasing your English language skills and learning new vocabulary and terminology while cooking? I have just released a mini course, A Slice of English. For your FREE lesson please subscribe to my blog and I will send it to you. The course is on my school site at Teachable. Additionally I will keep you posted on new Webinars and all updates. Have you tabbed over to the page with ESL Tips? Taking the course will not only increase your vocabulary, it will show you how to incorporate videos into your learning, and it will teach you how to make an American favorite of Chocolate Chip cookies. The skills you learn from this course can transition to other recipes and be included into your daily life. Ten minutes a day of English can lead to proficiency.

Happy learning! I hope to see you in the course 🙂
