Cultural Training in Italy

Buonasera,

My team and I will be going to Florence, Italy for a cultural training event. A people to people exchange.

Italians, this is an excellent way to practice your conversational English skills with native English speakers and certified English teachers. Perhaps, you have a business in Italy and would like to be more comfortable speaking or just for your personal interests. An opportunity to have over 35 hours of speaking practice and more.

Americans/Canadians, (of course all are welcome) this is a great way to meet the locals and see Florence in a new way. Tourism is secondary.

This is also a perfect opportunity to do some cultural training. I will be including the IDI, intercultural developmental inventory assessment to go along with the class. A great tool to allow us to have a deeper conversation about how you experience culture. It can assist you with how you currently engage cultural differences, to how you could more effectively engage diversity.

Join us April 21st to the 25th. The training is focused on Friday to Sunday. Monday is a free day to choose from varies activities, Tuesday, lets celebrate Liberation day together with the locals.

In addition to the onsite training there are 5 live Webinars. 3 before the event, 2 after. March 5th is the first one.
