As of 2022 I became an official Administrator for the IDI, Intercultural Developmental Inventory. 

The IDI, is an assessment of intercultural competence that’s theory based and well respected. Additionally it includes a debriefing that focuses on how to bridge across cultural differences. 

This is an opportunity to create a roadmap that focuses on how to bridge across cultural differences and develop you/your businesses intercultural competence and It also allows you the opportunity to become more aware of how you experience these differences.
